Vulcan cruisers and the reborn Eliminator — from the Ergo-Fit Vulcan S to the 900 V-twin.

Vulcan SEN650

The Vulcan S is Kawasaki's entry sport-cruiser, built around the liquid-cooled 649cc parallel-twin from the Ninja 650/ER-6 family rather than a traditional V-twin. Its headline feature is the Ergo-Fit system, offering three reach configurations (pegs, seat, handlebar) to suit riders of different sizes. It targets newer and smaller-statured riders wanting an approachable, low-seat cruiser with more revvy, modern-engine character.

Notes & conventions
  • Kawasaki does not publish crank horsepower for US-market cruisers; power figures shown are manufacturer claims from non-US markets (EU/JDM) or clearly-labelled estimates, always at the crank unless noted.
  • Metric is primary with imperial in parentheses; weights are wet/curb (fuelled, ready-to-ride) per Kawasaki convention, not dry.
  • Final drive differs by model and is verified individually: Vulcan S = sealed chain, Vulcan 900 = Kevlar-reinforced belt, Eliminator 450 = sealed chain.
  • ABS is model/variant-dependent; where a model offers both, non-ABS and ABS variants are noted together.
  • MSRP is approximate USD at the noted model year, excluding freight/destination and setup.
